Mr. Bill, thanks for your reply. My husband is a USC by birth and the reason why i am the one doing all the paper work is he works more than 40 hrs. a week and i did all the paper works from I-129 petition up to my AOS. No problem with the info needed as i know everything about my husband.

I am just confused on the questions i mentioned above since the I-130 sample form from VJ is for the spouse and ours is for my 2 kids .

Anybody can give me a site to refer to pls... My USC husband is the petitioner for my 2 kids as his step children.Pls.. plss..i really badly need your help.

Thanks so much

if your husband is petitioning both of your children, they will each need a separate I-130.

section C #17 your child's name would be listed.

section D # 1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

you would list the name of the other child having a petition submitted.

2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?

you name would go here since your husband filed a I-129f for you.

if any of this is incorrect, hopefully will someone correct any mistakes.

I am looking at the form now.

Section C 17. The alien relative is your child in this case, the way I read it, your child is not married, and does not have children, so write "NONE"

Mister Bill..thank you for your reply. That's the way I understood it too..the only thing that confused me is the sample form from VJ that i have seen coz the petitioner's name was written in this question.

SO i should put my kid's name as the alien relative and NONE since my kids dont have kids..am i right??
