Timeline

we are about to get the k3 visa and right now the cr1 visa we already paid the aos bill for $70 and the IV bill is coming soon for $400. do we have to pay that? what is going to happen next? do we have to do i-130 all over again? we already did it like a long time ago.

You only pay the $400 if you want to go ahead with the CR1 visa instead of adjusting status in the US from the K3. Otherwise, it's just a waist of money as the $70 fee will have been.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

If you pursue the CR1 visa, you'll have to pay $400 (recommended)

If you go to states under K3 visa, you'll have to file for adjustment of status there and that'll cost around $1000

You won't have to do i130 again, just gotta do the NVC procedure and then you'll have a CR1 interview
