Proof of Bonifide Marriage...

What exactly do we need? I don't want to send too much but I'd prefer to send the exact right item so that we have no issues with this?

We dont' live together yet or own a home together but I am on his credit card account and on a bank account.

Is this okay? Will they accept that? OR do we really need to put in pics of us together and chat logs? I know that we'll need this for the later interview

but for this first I-130, what document is best to show a bonifide marriage?

I find this part so odd, as frankly? Why the hell would ANYONE go through all this trouble and paperwork and cost and stuff for a sham?

Seriously? Never have run around so much in my entire life for anything.

I sent a notorized copy of the marriage certificate, and a affadavit from a family friend about the relationship. Most of the other evidence I plan on taking to the interview.

the other options as listed in the I-130 instructions are:

E. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

F. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

G. Documentation showing co-mingling of financial resources; or

H. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, the petitioner, and your spouse together; or

I. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage); or

J. Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital union.

Do you have pictures of your wedding? A few of those along with what you already have should be enough at this stage.
