Most forms (and the entire process) can be completed without paid help of any kind. The post I have read on VJ almost always say that immigration lawyers are a waste of time and money - sometimes they even manage to slow things down!

I payed My immigration lawyer six months ago this man never even called me to say hi and all this time, 0h yes he is a great talker I told him the work that i was doing alone and he said great thie is cazy this is his job to do work for me it is over for hom 4real

Any time an attorney is needed I recommend interviewing several.

Lawyers do we need them? In most case probably not. For the majority of immigration cases that are straightforward, the help and information available on VisaJourney is sufficient, as most people can do the filing and processing themselves.

However there are cases that without an immigration Attorney the process would be an absolute nightmare. Yes I agree like all professions there are good and bad. But believe me when it comes down to the nitty gritty of immigration law, unless you are able to spend a lot of time on research you are best off with an immigration attorney, preferably one that is a member of AILA. (American Immigration Lawyers Association).

Research your intended Attorney ask relevant questions concerning the process and fees and timescales to be expected. I know myself I have done it without an attorney but in our present circumstances I would not dream of attempting the process without one.

It's an individual thing but never discount the services of those more knowledgeable in what can be a daunting process.

Yes, they are great sales persons on the phone. It seems that once they get your money that 95% of THEIR work is done.
