I am just beginning this process for my US citizen daughter to obtain a K-1 visa for her Egyptian fiance. They are both students and have no jobs at this time. Can I use my financial information to sponsor him? My daughter and I are currently in Egypt and I want to get all of his application paperwork filled out and signed before we leave. Any tips so we can get this process started as soon as we get back to the states?

Thank you in advance.

Yes you can.

You should start reading the guides which are very helpfull and show the process step by step

There are aslo example forms which show how to complete the paperwork

Good luck
