I can't seem to get any answers from anyone. I already got the NOA2 Jan 30 and we still have no letter for the medical or whatever we get next. Who do I call or what do I do? Just wait? Any advice is much appreciated, or nudge in the right direction :)

from my understanding your case is likely on its way to the NVC it will probably be a while yet before your fiance hears something from the american embassy in their country. look at the graphs here below the NOA2 ones and see if that helps

Contact NVC for status, do not use the automated system you need to talk to an operator or use email.

If it has left NVC, you can call DOS visa services for status.
