K1 Affidavit Co-sponsor question

My last two income taxes are not enough to meet the requirements for affidavit of support. I will need to use a co-sponsor to get my fiance to U.S.. My cousin is filling out the affidavit of support, do I have to fill it out as well even though I did not make enough money?

Hi how are u? You just need to send the last taxes or 2007 or 2008 if u are filling out the form I-134, and if there is not enough your co-sponsor aslo has to send the last 1.

we have the same situation. my fiance wasnt able to reach the upper 125% annual income that's why we need a co-sponsor. They say that it's ok as long as the co sponsor earns the desired annual income. I guess u need to fill out the affidavit also.. goodluck to you! godbless..
