unity is strength. has the people who filed I-130 had ther petitions had an update sice they got the first NOA 1

Noting yet..... Still hoping to get some type of update.

Hang in there, my husband told me to get a hobby and stop loging into the USCIS website lol :innocent:

:lol: Greg&Hayz.... I've a feeling I am going to hear the same from my husband very soon. I can't blame him though, I've been acting crazy and impatient ever since we got our NOA2 and no updates from NVC.

I guess I'd qualify for this thread, my I-130 was received february 4, 2009. I hope things go smoothly now. I wish that they'd hire more manpower at these offices to help things go more quickly....wouldn't that benefit them and us a whole lot more?

Timeline:

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....
