Can someone tell me , that if i have made $21,112.99 annual income for most recent year 2008 . Do i meet the Federal Proverty Guidelines ?. Thank you for your answer .

What? For 2 or 14 people?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Your note didn't say how big of a family you have to support under federal poverty guidelines. You can easily see what the rates are at the following web site.

VISA approved 6-22-2004

I-130 approved 8-10-2004

EAD approved 1-6-2005

AOS approved 8-10-2005

Green card received on 8-15-05

Green Card returned because of error...received back from INS on 2-15-06

Citizenship, not applied for...yet.

Depends on your family size. Right now, today, for a family size of TWO (you and your fiancee) YES you meet the guidelines. On March 1 the guidelines will go up, we do not know how much.

Normally, but I am not sure about Manila, they use CURRENT GROSS income as the qualifier first, so if your annual projected income has increased for 2009 (for example you got a raise or higher paying job recently) they will use the CURRENT income first if it can be verified. LAST YEAR's income is a "back-up"
