Photocopies are fine for evidence, even of the birth certificate which proves US citizenship. USCIS no longer routinely requires original certified copies of documents. Your fiance should have any originals of anything submitted as a photocopy, on hand for the interview. Any translations though should be in the original.

All the best

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...om&page=k1guide

please read the guides they can be very helpful..

in the original petition what is required is that you have met in th past 2 years, boarding passess, hotel receipts, itinerary, passport etc.... some people do also add proof of the on going relationship but it is not required till the interview stage, the original petition is just showing that you have met in the past 2 years.........

you may use photocopies as aussiewench said

But as far as i know for the G-325 needs to be original and make sure you send all 4 pages.....look over the guides they are very helpful and what you dont understand someone will help you as needed......best wishes~Kelle

Just keep this in mind. With your original filing whatever you send, you will never see again. That is why you don't send originals of things like birth certificates. You do need originals of birth certificates, divorce decrees and things like that for the interview but they won't keep them.

12/14/2006 Applied for K-1 with request for Waver for Multiple filings within 2 years.
Waiting - Waiting - Waiting
