Hi i am having a Cosponser who is retired !

Q7 ask where they are employed...? should i just put Retired or should i put where she retired from???

also... where it asks for $ amount of personal property, savings etc do you leave it blank or put 0 if you dont have anything to declare!

any help would be great !

You are totally correct in your thinking. Retired from Company XYX and give their address. The "letter of employment" would be a statement of pension from xyz. If the retirement/yearly pension is enough, then you can leave the asset part blank.

You are totally correct in your thinking. Retired from Company XYX and give their address. The "letter of employment" would be a statement of pension from xyz. If the retirement/yearly pension is enough, then you can leave the asset part blank.

And the co-sponsor would have a 1099-R (for retirement) statment to go with the tax return instead of a W2.
