ok iam lost...what the hell are we talking about...

no idea ...let s just keep whinning...

been dating since june 1st 2007

dec-08 -officially engaged,i went back to France to apply for k1

2-11-09:noa1

3-06-09:My angel is visiting me

3-16-09:my angel is going back to the states

6-06-09: received NOA 2 HARDCOPY!!!!! ( notice date:-05-29-09)

Well, barring some people updating their timelines and adding NOA2's for the past week, I can tell you from walking back over the past year that NO time during the past *year* has there been so many days without a NOA2. Not Christmas week, July 4, memorial day, labor day, new years. The longest I saw (I looked) was i think 4 days without. This is driving me absolutely nuts!

I see a person here and there getting NOA2, though.

So it seems like they keep accepting H-1B apps. until they reach a cap, but I wonder how long that is and when "H-1B season" ends....

I wonder what the market is like for those applicants nowadays?

I am just hoping that it means there will be a flood of approvals coming because they are all getting stacked up for mailing out!

Hi!

I'm glad to have found a bunch of you guys filing for Vermont in February!

My NOA1 is dated 2/20/2009, and hope for the NOA2 quickly.

Has anyone received their NOA2's from the February Vermont filers??

i don t think anyone who filled feb(vermont) got approved yet

so far it s about mid januray i think

so i think within a month at least half of feb should be approved, if they work hard that is

been dating since june 1st 2007

Fridays are GOOD, except that the government doesn't work on weekends...

I'm convinced someone got swine flu so they freaked out and closed the center! No way is it just VJ members that haven't received any approvals this week.

At least I get to see my fiance in less than a week :D

Good Morning All! I'm stunned that there has not been one iota of movement this week! WOW!

Praying for all of you...and my dear fellow yardie NatPat (she filed in December with no word yet)...come on VSC...there is no way with all the unemployment of regular US citizens/legal residents that there should be a need to prioritize H whatever whatever visas over family-based visas. This is simply legalized torture.
