Well, our file has been delivered to the US Embassy in Manila (as of about 11pm last night)!!

So it is time to get my package of stuff in the mail (DHL) to Jenny. So organizing the stuff I have gathered and trying to get the last little bits, I call the "customer service" for the calling card that the bulk of my phone calls to Jenny has used (it is an MCI/Verizon one). So I navigate the never what you need automated maze and get to a person and ask how I can get a call history. They tell me they will give me the number of the "subpoena department"?!?! So I ask what, are you kidding how long will that take, days, weeks,...?? They tell me they don't know, and sort of mention in passing, like it is natural that I have to get a COURT ORDER!?? What CR&P. I won't be supplying that...really, a court order to get your own call history...

I have other documentation, including some skype calls, chat logs, emails, USPS receipts from packages, txt msgs, and some phone calls since I signed up for AT&T world connect. Shouldn't have any problems, but having the extra evidence available would be nice...

No way am I going to go through that hassle (not to mention cost). I figured I could call them and just get a print out. It ain't that simple, and I don't really need it, so I am done with collecting stuff... I'm heading to ship it momentarily.

I hope the rest of your journey is a speedy one.. thats crazy that you have to go to court to get your own call history. I think you have more than enough evidence though..

Not yet. I got another touch today. That makes a touch on 7/15 and 7/16. I have no idea what that means, but hopefully it's a good sign.
