June 3, 2009 - NOA2 (Hardcopy June 8, 2009)

July 13, 2009 - Medical (Completed)

July 14, 2009 - Interview (PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

July 20, 2009 - Visa Received

August 9, 2009 at 4:25 pm - Arrived safely in JFK airport

September 25, 2009 - Getting Married

October 31, 2009 - Wedding Day

Well I guess Richard and I are gonna have to move over to the March board soon ......all you guys are gonna be walking on clouds and we aren't gonna see you till the interview stage :P

Better warm up my fingers I'm thinking there is gonna be a LOT of congrats posts here in the next 3 weeks!

08/01/2010 - received biometrics letter

08/20/2010 - walk in biometrics completed

08/23/2010 - finally entered into USCIS online -AP's touched on Aug11 and EAD and AOS touched on Aug20 08/30/2010 - AOS/EAD touched

09/09/2010 - AP approved (email notice)

09/13/2010 - Received email that EAD was approved on Sept 10

10/04/2010 - Received interview letter in Mail

11/09/2010 - Interview-APPROVED! 112 days

Just wanted to le everyone know I recieved my NOA2 yesterday in the mail, dated 5/31/09. My filing date was 2/9/09. how do I update my timeline and what's next for us? What do I do next?

Congrats. Good luck with the rest of the journey.

To edit your timeline just go to the "Immigration Timelines" at the to of the page. On the left hand side of that screen it has a tab to edit your timeline.

Jun 01, 2010 ~~ Greencard finally arrives w/approval date 2/23/10 (Huh??)

Thanks, I am a quiet one....didn't post much, but I assure you I was on this website everyday reading you all's post in which helped with my sanity. Now I'm just trying to figure out what next and how to find out if my file is at the NVC or if they are finish with it....i'm kinda clueless. :unsure:

Call the NVC at 603 334-0700 on Monday. The automated system will not recognize your EAC receipt number if you filed K1...so you have to speak to a representative. The rep should be able to give you a new case number for the Consulate you will be using and a status update with NVC.

After it leaves NVC you can get updates from this number as well about updates with the Consulate/Embassy (Department of State 202-663-1225 press 1 and then 0 make sure you have your new case number ready. This number can tell you the status of your DS-230 and interview date.)

I hope this helps a little. Do you have the DS-230, Part 1 completed? If not, start working on it now.

Thanks for the info, I am the petitioner so you are saying that I have to fill out an DS-230? and send to whom? who usually sends this form to the petitioner in order to complete? Thanks

Wooooooooooooooooow! Congrats minimule and boundless! It's starting for all of us. This is so exciting! Now, I'm going to start getting anxious about checking my mail. Until now, it just seemed like such a minute possibility that I wasn't even getting my hopes up. Hope we'll all have approvals soon! Either way, I'm happy for the anxiety b/c it feels like we're getting close! And my SO is visiting as of next Saturday! Maybe we'll get approval while he's here. :)
