Rich who knows whats going on with the actual delivery of the approvals. I think its more likely that people don't check their regular mail often enough and thats how VSC is sending them out. I haven't been checking my mail all that often due to the weather. I could see how that could happen to others as well.

lee, Brazil is great. i really love it here. i really hate to leave but i must go tomorrow night. i could stay longer but i need to go back and pay bills and make some money and get all my clients finished so that i can come back here again when the interview is ready to go. my fiance will be getting everything ready to go for her interview and medical exam. and then focus on getting the police reports so that she is ready to go for the interview.

If you don't get an answer here, I highly recommend going to the Latin America forum. There are threads just for petitioners/beneficiaries in Brazil. They'd definitely know.

I have been looking at the numbers on the approvals and it is not as dismal as I thought. If you only look at the 'new' list you wont see as many as there actually are... for example on 5/27/09 there were 9 updates... some are past the last 20 recent approvals so you don't see them on the 'new' list... I know, it isnt much, but its better than nothing!

Its starting to move the right way again. I'm more annoyed right now with the Montreal Consulate....its taking people longer to get a damn interview then it did to get their NOA2 !! In the consulate section on here its says 4-6 MONTHS....thats NUTS! Looks like people aren't waiting quite that long but I'm seeing people still waiting for a date after 2 months. Apparently they are short staffed....they best get moving and do some hiring.
