At the begining of this post i said i wanted to celebrate the Valentine's day with my hubby, cause he's coming here and maybe celebrate our approval.Guys, i'm so happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!

Finally Finally Finally. We had a touch yesterday, and the emails today!!!!

I'm still hopping everybody who is waiting for so long, to have this felling ASAP. We deserve it!!!

I would love to call my husband with good news. He will be soooo happy. Me too of course !!! We still have a long road ahead . It would be nice to put this part of it behind us.

Jen, are you still going to keep your infopass appointment and see what's going on with the petition?

I think that you and Sarita will get your approvals this month. Don't know when, but it seems they are working on July mostly right now...with the exception of a few December filers or something crazy like that.

Just keep telling yourself...Narina waited 287 days...LOL If you keep looking at these guys that got approved so quickly, you'll drive yourself insane. It's better to look at those who took a very long time. Remember in January that poor person from I think Albania or Bosnia...they were approved after an entire year!!!

I know it's easier said than done...I'm not gonna be one of those people that says, "Oh, be patient it's coming! Best of luck"...f-that! Vent all you want...especially on our FB group...probably better to say what you really feel there LOL

Actually tonight when I get home, I think I might open a new topic...LOL FB is blocked at work. I'll have to wait until tonight.

I'm here for you ladies! So is Lisa. Don't worry. We're not gonna drop off the face of VJ until you get your approvals!!!

For me, today is 220 days. I'm so sad.

I just want to be with my husband AND YES, I am still going to the infopass appt. I wouldn't miss it. My attorney told me to ask them how they can help get my petition approved. He also told me to be nice. Well, DUHHHHHHH i'm desperate not stupid.

I wrote in FB this morning. I love that we have a private group.

I feel like a loser but I keep checking the USCIS website. So many people say that they never received an e-mail. I haven't talked with my husband yet today . I really want to have something good to tell him. I want to book another flight to CR but I really need to wait for the approval so I can be there for his interview.

Married2atico left for CR this morning. I am so jealous. I wanted to go with her !!

I wanted my family @ VJ to be one of the first to know.. WE ARE APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as of 02/10/09.. are I129F & I130 are both approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank You Lord.. Blessing 2 all

CONGRATULATION!!!! We are on the same timeline, hope we will get our approval next.

Jen, I never got the email. I went into my portfolio to print out my step-kids approvals and noticed our application had been touched. So I clicked on the I-130 petition and then saw that it was approved. So it's okay. Keep checking!

Also, we'll probably be in NVC together because they still didn't create a bill for our I-130 petition. When I called for the K3 part, the operator said she had a different date of birth for me, so now I have to get that fixed before we proceed. 10 months and you'd think that USCIS would be able to get the DOB correct!!!!

Good Luck!! Your approvals should be coming soon, as I have seen a few late June approvals. Try and get your documents together earlier, so you can fly through NVC. I waited to get my Employment letter, thinking that would be easy, its been a week and I still haven't gotten it in the mail.

Oh yeah...that reminds me. They want a "long form" birth certificate. I only had my regular birth certificate. So now I have to wait for that. It's gonna take 2 weeks. So definitely get your documents ready!

OK, so if I see a different date, it means the petition was touched? ok, well, I haven't been touched since early Oct. Could it be approved without a touch?

Did you ever get an e-mail?

I put in a service request yesterday morning and about 3:40 in the afternoon I received the notice of denial for the expedite through e-mail.

UGHHHHHHH I feel disgusting today. My stomach is like queezy or something. I just wanna sleep. Don't know why. I drank unpasteurized cows milk in CR. My husband has a cow that just had a baby a month ago. I asked them not to give it to me but they made my coffee with it.I didn't realize I was drinking it until two days later and two days of feeling gross. I don't know if that is it or something else.

I think an approval will make me feel better !!!
