I am happy for them.....but it doesn't make sense to the rest of us waiting!!!

Candid, I can't believe they did that!!!! Well, yes I can... Un-freakin-believable. He must have just got some lazy, PMS b1tch that didn't wanna look. The officer I spoke to was an older gentleman and he gave me all the info I wanted. What a b1tch! I hope they fire her!!!!

I have been calling NVC regularly to see if they assigned a case number or created a bill for us. Nothing yet. The kids all got their NVC case numbers and bills created though. I can't do anything with them, however, until they send me their copies of their passports and my husband sends their original birth certificates (I only have copies). Then the lawyer can start working on their stuff.

Today I also want to finish my 2008 taxes. I need to get a tax id number for everyone. I found the forms to fill out, but you don't send that out until you send your completed tax forms with it. So much paperwork it's crazy!!! I haven't even sent a complete package to my husband or anything. At this rate, I might just wait until I go see him then I can bring everything with me. Since they're originals too, it's better, so they don't get lost in the mail

Yeah.. She actually did that to my husband. I want to show my husband that I am so mad at what she did but I can't. It would just make him feel worst that he already is. Perhaps she is sooo lazy and she wants to kick my husband out of the office. There were just 2 black ladies at the window according to my husband. She just asked for the infopass and NOTHING happened.

I am still trying to console my husbie as he is so upset and disappointed. He drove an hour just to reach the local office. The girl told him NOTHING. He asked the status of the application, she said ON PROCESS. He asked if we are on background check, she said I DO NOT KNOW. Husbie asked about the estimated time, she said I CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY TIME.

My goodness! It was such a waste of time! What is she doing in that office if there is NOTHING she could tell?

HMMMM I just got an e-mail saying the expedite request was denied. Well, its about time I heard something. I don't care if the expedite was denied. I just wanted an answer. The e-mail said my case will be processed within the normal processing times. That's ok with me. My time should be coming up soon anyway.

I am a July month filer as well. My I-130 NOA1 receipt date was July 7th 2008. I have seen many of July filers getting their approval letters. They got it even their receipt date was july 18th or so. How come? It is not fair. My file has not even been touched.

I am happy that they got it. But I am still waiting.

It's the way VSC works...they are approving Nov/ Dec stand alone I130...while ppl who files I129 are still waiting from June & July.

As for me I am kinda down seeing how Nov /Dec filers are being approved....whoever said K3 was faster abviously did not know the workings of VSC

Ahhh I am so tired of waiting.

I was just talking with my husband. He asked me why I didn't stay with him.. Of course he was being sarcastic, but it really kills me how I can't be with him. There is a big soccor game tonight and he said he wishes we could watch it together. I'm soooooo depressed. Please God, I need an approval !!!
