Your best bet is to call them. But you need to talk to a real person!

Cause they don't have it in their automated system!!!!

urrghh they havent received it.. im going to go nuts if i have to keep calling to find out.. that dude on the answer phone has a lisp and it was well annoying

I know it's annoying... believe me!

It took forever for them to receive our file. I hope it won't take that long for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But keep calling them.... sometimes one person tells you something completely different even though there are only minutes between the calls!!!!!
