Emailed CSC again

Well, I decided to email CSC once again, I am going to bug them to death until they do something with my case or at least give me some kind of answer. Today marks 143 days since NOA1. I got the same response again, except they did change one thing, which did give me a glimpse of hope. They had been telling me not to inquire again for 60 days, now they say not to inquire again for 45. Hey it isn't much, but every little thing at this point helps. They are still stating "security checks", of course. Just wanted to update everybody. Wishing everyone the best of luck.

That is terrible and I know nerve wrecking for you. You can only keep e-mailing and hopefully you will get a positive answer soon. No one knows what goes on behind those closed doors. They have not telephone number for the public to use. Have you thought of calling or writing your Congressman? It may help or it may hack them off at the CSC. Almost 5 months is a long time to wait for your NOA 2.

You may want to put a time-line in your signature. It may be helpful for us to respond to your questions in the future.

Thank you for your support John, I really appreciate it, I have contacted my Congresswoman, they gave her the same response. My timeline is in my signature, is it not visible? If it is not visible there must be something wrong with it?

I should email them again too. It's been 140 days for me and no noa2. Gosh this is HELL. Last time I emailed they said 45 days so who knows what they will say this time. Last time I emailed was May 1st I believe. *sigh*

I am curious about the '30 days past processing date' as it is stated on the processing time page on the USCIS website. Officially, you are not 30 days past the processing date, yet they investigated your case and told you that you were in security checks?

I ask this because they will not do the same for me, and I want to understand if that is true or they just don't feel like it.

I am curious about the '30 days past processing date' as it is stated on the processing time page on the USCIS website. Officially, you are not 30 days past the processing date, yet they investigated your case and told you that you were in security checks?

I ask this because they will not do the same for me, and I want to understand if that is true or they just don't feel like it.

Basically all they gave me was a standard answer they give everyone, that they are doing security checks that are required of ALL PETITIONS. So, they really are not investigating anything. They are just saying the same thing over and over. Hope this helps.....

Hang in there. Hopefully it will happen soon! If you are going through the "normal" security checks, why is it taking so long? They have never said, have they? Just curious. I hope to hear good news from you very soon!

I see... that sucks. It was disappointing to see the dates did not change during the last update either. You are so close to getting past the 30 days and maybe getting a real answer.

This is the email address that i use to contact them, they always respond the very next day. Unfortunately they respond with the same message each time, but they are timely with it.

Um . . . didn't you just file - LESS THAN 30 DAYS ago? Your NOA2 date in in JUNE. Are you kidding? Try a little patience.

Since you filed in Nebraska, why would you want to contact California?
