Im panicking now about my petition application, still no reply from uscis, its been 137 days since

i got the NOA1.Unlike other filers here they got theirs already and they waited shorter then me

even some filers here who files the same month as mine already got their NOA2.Should i start calling

uscis and find the status of my application?

I know its hard believe me I waited a long time. I didnt even have access to the online site. I dont know that calling will help but there is hope, my petition came in after about 137days of waiting. I hope you get yours soon! Best of luck, :star:

Hi there,

You can check the status of your case online with the receipt number from your NOA1... but in my opinion you are still within the processing time frames... if you want to call you can. Unlike others, many of the times I've called they have been helpful and really nice. But I am not sure they'll give you any valuable information since your still within their time frames!

As for people who filed the same month as you and already have their NOA 2 thats just the way they work! But you are still fine! So just hang in there a little more, you'll be approved in no time!

The adjusticating process is very different for everyone. There are a far greater number of petitions filed than what you see here on VJ but even your VJ timeline (measured from VJ data) is saying March. You shouldn't have too much longer to wait but you are well within current processing times. I wouldn't worry.

Good luck.

As others have mentioned, you are still within the processing time frames. Believe me, I know how hard it gets waiting. We just got our approval this morning after 184 days from our first notice! I never thought this day would come, it seemed like an eternity! I even considered calling USCIS and doing many of the extra steps of contacting my senator/congressman like so many others. But it came 6 months to the day. Good luck and happy waiting, your day will come!

You really cant do anything til at least 6 months. Your timeline says: your I129f may be adjudicated between February 28, 2009 and March 14, 2009*. Its an unpredictable process. Hang in there!

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jere. 29:11
