Do you staple the copies of evidence like the w2 form to the affidavit of support or should I attach it in some other way? Paper clip?

buy a nice folder and put the financial documents in that.... include a cover letter listing what is included in your folder...

It doesn't matter at all. They will do with it what they need to anyway.

USCIS prefers no staples but you are sending this to your fiance for his interview so just make sure it's all together.

according to what i have read....

no matter how you put it in order they will undo it and do it there way.

(so DONT put any ACCO fasteners or staples through anything.)

best bet is to just use a few paperclips and have everything in order to what you think is organized. wouldnt hurt to label what you have with regular post it notes to find something easier....only if you want of course.

good luck, i just sent my affadavit stuff to my fiance today :)
