G-325A question

My fiancé worked abroad several years ago, but he cannot remember the address of the company and when he tried to call the place to find out, they had gone out of business. I told him to then go to that business' embassy and the embassy too said that place did not exist anymore. What should we do about that question for a full address of where you worked abroad for more than one year? We have the name of the business and where it was located, but just not the physical street address. Do you think I should type something out explaining that, or not call attention to it . Or maybe it is not a big deal. He still has his visa stamp and everything in his old passport showing that he was only there for a year for work and left on time and with a clean record.

The business address would be "now out of business" City Country.

I'm filling the package for the Aos..I'm the beneficiary and my husband the petitioner .IS anybody know how many G-325A, my husband needs ?and with what forms he need sent ??Thanks

By the way I forgot to say .Im here with the J1 visa .Im not K-1 or K3

The answer is in the instructions for the I-130 and again in the instructions for the I-485. If you haven't read them, that's a big mistake.

also...if you read the guides...it tells you very clearly.

This would be the importance of reading the guides

"VJ Timelines are only an estimate, they are not actual approval dates! They only reflect VJ members. VJ Timelines do not include the thousands of applicants who do not use VJ"

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE SITE, PLEASE READ THE GUIDES BEFORE ASKING ALOT OF QUESTIONS. THE GUIDES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TIME!
