VERMONT K-3 Any APPROVALS Week Feb 2nd 2009

I am a little annoyed that they didn't even have the consideration to tell me the expedite decision. If it is denied then FINE. Just freakin' tell me. They told the congressman that my file was in the processing unit and I should hear from them shortly. That was 2 weeks ago. Did I hear that they do the background checks before the approvals now? I know how slow Costa Rica can be with EVERYTHING. maybe that is the problem.

I'll keep checking the USCIS site. I'm not getting my hopes up though !

Aruba: If i don't get an approval by the last week of Feb....I will make an infopass appointment.

Looks like they have just started working on the July files...i have seen about 3 approvals come through this week which have been very very very close to my NOA1....

Jen - when do you get back? You should definitely book an Info pass appointment....your approval is way past due, considering you put in an expedite request.

I am afraid to ask for more time off as I have two court dates coming up at the end of Feb and of course this trip. I don't want to push my luck. I am afraid to ask for more time off as I have two court dates coming up at the end of Feb and of course this trip. I don't want to push my luck. I spoke to the congressional office again this morning. He made another inquiry. Not like that helps. But it is all I can do right now. My freakin' nerves are SH!T now. God willing I'm gonna pray today for you guys to get your approvals. Not sure if it will work, as it took so long for mine LOL but it won't hurt to try!!! Also for Lisa to get out of AP too.

I got my NVC numbers and ds3032 generated i emailed off today and husband is fedex it today, my iv bill been gererated on 5 feb too

and on 5 feb they send my k-3 to embassy of caracas, which at the moment in venezuela president chaves decided not to let any planes from abc islands to land, including aruba

so don't know what that means for me

as for the other, better seeing an end in sight but still miss my husband terribly.

Tonight in aruba they are electing our youth & Queen of Carnaval for 2009 or our 55 years of celebration

Yeah. We have identical timelines. I do hope that we will hear some good news soon. It has been 7 months and that makes me crazier everyday..

It's been quite busy at work ast week....hopefully the coming week will be much better.
