My family thinks he is not good because he is Muslim! They are scared to do it for that purpose! So basically I need to know if I get a job now wont it be too late? They need tax papers and stuff. How do I get all that in time? I am at NVC right now!

The 2008 poverty guidelines for 6 is $35,500. It will probably go up slightly in 2009. Your best bet would be to delay the process at the NVC by not submitting the documents they until you find a job or co-sponsor. It can sit at the NVC for up to a year.

Girl you are going about this all wrong, fly him into Mexico or Canada and sneak him across the Border, then not only are you not hassled with all the paper work but he is entitled to a lot more in Govt free-bees.
