ok need some help from all u wonderful people here in vj land.time to bring her kids here from the philippines we need to get the affadavit notarized and to the consulate in los angeles so they can chop it question is can we have our banker notarize it or who does it need to be notarized by?

Notaries witness signatures, so unless the signer is present before the Notary, it cannot occur. The signer needs to appear before a Notary.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
