We need dumbed down step by step instructions for the week of the interview?

Any one who can help us it would be awesome. Also what other options

do we have if we get denied at the interview?(pray to god we dont)

I'm out of town on a slow cell phone based connection so I can't give you much right now, but if you ask this question in the Russia regional forum you will learn everything you need. Check the Moscow embassy site too. You're on VJ so you will be prepared. Can't remember anyone here being denied, just a couple that needed more documentation.

Getting the police certificate NOW is very important. When you get the interview date set up the medical a day or two before the interview depending on which medical facility you use. Documentation such as pictures and cards and phone records will be important too.

Be aware that you "may" not get the Invitation letter by the time you go to the Embassy. You can "still" go to the interview without it, even though the web site says otherwise.
