Hi everyone! Just got our case number from NVC . How many days should we wait before we could email The Choice of Address and Agent? We don't want to wait for the form that NVC will send us but I don't want to be in so much hurry that we will email and/or send the DS-3032 before they even generate it. Thanks! :D

i tell everyone once u get the number, have the benef download fill it out , fax it to you and you mail, goes quicker than the email, (i would call as ask what step the did) maybe give it a week but the mail will be accepted before you get a reply on the email

I sent my choice of agent via email on the day we got our case number. It took about 7 days for them to acknowledge it which worked out well. On the day they generated the form they acknowledged receiving my emailed choice of agent and sent the AOS fee bill.

2009-04-08 : POE Atlanta (256 days from sending I-130)

USCIS *Removal of Conditions*

2011-03-10 : Check Cashed

2011-03-11 : Touched

2011-03-25 : USCIS confirmed they did not mail NOA 1, given case number

AOS is the first fee that becomes available to be paid online. Once the DS3032 is accepted, your IV fee bill (currently $400 USD) will be generated...

Thanks everyone! My husband is about to send me the Forms that I told him to fill out and the documents that we need so we can send them right away once NVC asks fo it. It's like I'm racing against time here! :lol: Just so excited to be with my husband soon!! best of luck to all of us!!!
