You have to give VSC some credit for approving more petitions (close to 50) in January 09 than they have in several of the previous months combined. Of course the approvals were quite sporadic with some April filers still waiting and some August filers approved. I hope they have an equally productive February and that they make much more progress in reducing the backlog they have accumulated ...

Good Luck...VSC is definitely pushing out applications. I was convinced I was going to have to wait until next month for my petitions to be approved.

Hello all...I feel like my happiness would have been doubled even trippled if we had approvals of Narina and all of the VJ members waiting from April till now....Anyways, we are at the NVC phase...please pray for us...

Hi there! A friend of mine from this website recently received his K-3 visa on his passport in the mail and it said the expiration date was in 6 months. We were under the impression a K-3 is good for 2 years. Can anyone explain the discrepancy? What we can do

I GOT APPROVED IN JANUARY...I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK OUT OF HAPPINESS.....WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO....IM STILL NOT SURE OF HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE NOW............

You got 6 months to enter usa and get you adjustment of status done your CR-1 or R-1
