Hi.

Im not sure if this is the proper forum. I am having a lot of problems with my fiance. It has come to the point of considering cancelling her fiance visa. A couple of examples, she did not call me to wish me happy birthday or taking trips without telling me and being out of communication. She has a plane ticket for February 17th. What is the process to cancel her visa. Thank you.

Call ICE and USCIS and tell them you want to cancel it. Only call ICE if she is in the USA already.

What stage are you at??? Is I-129F still at USCIS? Is it at NVC? Is at the consulate waiting for a visa interview?? Does your fiancee have the visa???

It sounds like she has the visa in hand. If so, frankly, there's no compelling reason to cancel it. It's her visa, good for one entry to the USA for 90 days. If the two of you don't marry within that 90 days, end of story. I've you've broken up, perhaps she won't bother to use the visa anyway. If she does and stays more than the allowed 90 days, you certainly can report this to ICE. There are no consequences to you personally either way.

Cancel Ticket if you have paid for it.

Don't show up at the airport
