Hi guys, I'm new to this but I've been using immigrate2us.net and this seems similar to that as well. I was hoping someone can come along and help me with these quesitons on the I-130 and G325A please. I consulted with an attorney already and was told i can help my husband. Right now i do not have money so i was hoping to file this petition without an attorney and hire an attorney for the NVC part.

On the I-130:

Q:Date authorized stay expired, or will expire as shown on form I-94 or I-95- Do I put without inspection?

Q-18: Address in the United States where your relative intends to live. Do I put his address where he was living because i live with my parents because we just got married now?

Q-21- If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. We never lived together do i just put his address? Could i just put his address for mmy address too?

On the G325A form:

Applicants last address outside the United States of more than one year. Do I put the address he's at now? He hasn't lived there for a year.

This form is submitted in connection with an application for: Do I put status as permanent Resident or other and put I-130?

I would appreciate any and every help i can get guys! Thanks!! :innocent:

Q-21- If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together. We never lived together do i just put his address? Could i just put his address for my address too?

A: If you have never lived together, put N/A.

On the G325A form:

So, I put the address where he lived at here in the U.S. even though it says OUTSIDE the U.S.?

Whatever is the last address he lived at overseas for at least one year- that's what the question wants, even if the person has spent time in the U.S.
