hello

My fiance and I were filling out the form I-129F, and we got to the question 14. Address in the United States where your fiancé(e) intends to live., and we were wondering, if we put the address where she lives right now, will the NOA1 and all packages from the USCIS be sent to that address? or will we be able to provide a different address where all packages can be sent to?

She just doesnt want to have it send to her house, but to where she works at!

Thanks

They are asking for the address where the Beneficiary is going to live in the US, and that would be the same address as yours, the Petitioner. You guys do intend on living together I assume.

Well, yes. Though we wouldn't be living where I (USC) am currently living. Basically, I was just wondering on what form do I give them an address to which I'll receive NOA's and the like from?

Sorry! The title may have been a little misleading. I'm not asking where to send the package. I want to know how they know which address I want them to send me notifications to. Do they automatically pull it from the I-129F form where we "intend to live" or can I give them a P.O. Box or a work address? Thanks:)

I wouldnt give a work address since you both wont be living at work. They are asking for a home address where you will be living, are living if in the US, and where you will be recieving any correspondense from USCIS via snail mail.

As far as I know, no. They pull your mailing address directly from your I-129F. Its also not really important if its going to be where you and your fiance are actually going to live, if you move you can change it by notifying USCIS, so I wouldnt worry too much about that.
