K-2 getting married while awaiting 10 year GC

I just found out my step-daughter is getting married this summer. She is in another state attending college. I mailed the I-751 a week ago. She is included on our I-751 since she came the same day as her mother (K-1). She is now 22 years old. Will this affect her getting her 10 year GC?

Thanks.

John

We only paid for one processing fee for the I-751 and two biometric fees. My step-daughter came the same day as my wife and she is included with her submission.

How old is your step-daughter when you applied for her removal of condition? I have a friend with k2 and she is turning 19, she wants to know if she needs to apply separately. They received their 2 yr GC at the same time.

My step-daughter was 22 when we applied (see timeline below) and found out a week later she was going to get married in July this year. She will be 23 in May. I am not aware of any "aging out" for K-2's. She was under 21 when she arrived in this country and when she was was given her K-2 visa. As long as she was a legal K-2 and arrived at the same time as her mother, then she can be on the I-751 with her mother.

She is also in another state going to college and she changed her address. I don't think that will be a problem either.
