Generic Email from London Embassy

I sent an email yesterday asking some questions about packet 3 and normally i recieve an email telling me that they aim to respond within 3-4 working days, has this now stopped. Not had anything.

I never got the 'will take 3-4 dys to respond' reply at any time in the past to be honest - they just reply usually between 2 - 7 days after my email.

My husband emailed them last Thursday and got the generic response as well (3-4 day response).

I emailed them early last week about something, and finally got an answer today, with an apology for the lateness. I think they're just slow at the moment.

Same here, they have said 3-4 days, i got a reply t0day after 10 days, one time i waited for 6 weeks and another time i had a reply the same day...when i called them yesterday they did say that there are extremely busy at the moment and the response time is a little longer than the 3-4 days so i wouldn`t worry
