Hi , My fiance (usc) is seriously thinking of changing his job as it has become uncertain where he is right now and he has another job offer , Im nervous that this will affect us as we received our NOA 2 on January 12th and NVC told me today that they sent our case on to the embassy here in Ireland last week so Im guessing we will have packet 3 in the next week or two and the interview to follow in a a few months . Does anyone know if this could affect us or will it make no difference ? Also if he holds off and we submit the affidavit of support and he then changes his job before the interview do we need to submit another affidavit of support with the new job details on ? I know it sounds like it would have an obvious answer but nothing with with this visa process is simple so I would be grateful for any help anyone might have .

I just changed jobs, started today actually, and today the consulate also received our case. I was assured this is not an issue, by VJ and our lawyer. I was also told that I only need a letter from current employer, but I got one for both just in case. not sure if I will need to use both, but wanted to have them.

Good luck!!
