I already paid the visa fee but they have given me a DS-157 form which expired last 2008.I brought the latest form DS-157 which i printed out but they told me to just use the one they have given me.Is it still valid though they have an expired DS-157 form?Need answer pls...

It is valid and acceptable. As long as the bank validation of the DS-157 form that you had paid is printed at the back.

Don't forget to bring your BDO receipt on the day of your interview. Some CO's would look for it. You'll be fine.

That`s valid. I did the same BDO MCS Branch gave me expired form and during my interview it is okay . Just fill it up! Photo copy first the DS 157 back to back before filling it. SO you can have 2 valid DS 157. what they check is just the validation at the back !Good luck!
