Got my I129F NOA1 ...yes !!!!!

I know it is not much use right now considering all the hoopla about IMBRA but I am very relieved to get I129F NOA1 today in mail even before the check was cashed (which has been happening recently). Now I have full 32 days before I leave for India to meet my dear husband !

Inch by inch we are getting closer..I just hope they get the wisdom to process K3 applications without getting any IMBRA complications ...Amen ;)

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
