130 Packet

Hi everyone,

My husband and I have finally assembled our I-130 packet.

I have put it together with his US money order, evidence, etc. and will be mailing it here, from Canada.

Since its going to a P.O. Box, which is the best way to send through Canada Post? I would like to be able to track the envelope and make sure it arrived.

I believe CanadaPost Expresspost will allow you to track it and you can have the option of requesting a receipt signature (adds a few dollars to the cost) or not. Either way you will get a tracking number that you follow online.

Definitely get a return receipt, so you can track and trace it and also see a signature. It's definitely worth the few extra dollars for peace of mind!!

If you get it expressed, they will require a signature

I thought the same, but when I sent my AOS package to the Chicago Lockbox it's a PO box and I got a signature.

They have 'expedited' which I can track online

should I go with signature option or not?

I sent from canada thru fedex...there is an address if you use fedex or ups on the info part of the form, and someone will sign for it
