first i want thx all here about all information, i was read lots about K1 and its helped me & My wifey

so, i will start to ask :

After 4 month in AP & 2 month AR ( ^ month and i think i was worry cos maybe i have to w8 long time to ? but after 6 month they call me 5th Jan 2009

to send my passport via DHL, i was very very happy and was gonna crying when they call me , i send my passport the same day to US embassy, and waiting then waiting,

i was think they will back my passport and stamp the visa in but ? i waiting now and they didnt send it ? i was very worry and i sedn them email then after two day ? they answer me

they say (

Dear Sir:

The case needed further administrative processing. We will process the case to conclusion once that is completed. We regret we can not provide you with a time frame about the completion of the administrative processing as it is hard to predict.

"Consular Staff" already told you what's going on. I think you might want to send a few friendly inquiries to the US Embassy, though. Surely they can give you some more information.

"Consular Staff" already told you what's going on. I think you might want to send a few friendly inquiries to the US Embassy, though. Surely they can give you some more information.

Consular services deal with visas. In this case they are co-located with a US Embassy but the Embassy staff will simply refer all visa inquiries to "Consular Staff".

You might want to try putting it in the regional forum for your area, might have better luck with an answer there. I'm not familiar with the process in Egypt. good luck

thx for replaying and i want share this step :

yasterday they call me from embassy and they was be very nice with me and say ( Mr. Tarek ?you have 2rd interview 3th Feb 2209 with the consul and pring your pic's and BC, marriage paper <---- i marry but the same time they didnt let me make it ligall cos they was have fight about word paper between them and my countery )

they ask me to pring this paper now cos in frist interview ? they didnt ask me mt marriage paper,

i went yasterday from embassy and just they take my new photo 5x5, letter and our pic's then i waiting 23 hrs then they say (Ok Mr. Tarek, we are done with you and we dont need more now, so we will finsh it and if we need anything ? we will call you in your phone )
