If my ex-wife appears on my last tax statement, do I have to claim her as a dependant on the I-134?

Also, paying child support does my daughter (who lives with my ex) qualify as a dependant or partial dependant in question 8?

Thanks for any help! I'm almost there...

Ex-wife - no (I divorced in 2006, remarried in late 2006 and did not list my ex on i-134 even though she was on my 2005 taxes).

Child - I paid child support to my ex (child lived with her). I counted her 1) because I paid well over half of her support; and 2) per my divorce decree I claimed her as a dependent for tax purposes. I listed her as "partially dependent"

Thank you =) I'll follow your example and claim my daughter as Partially Dependant.

Thx again!
