to those who have done the interview already i would like to ask some advice on what and how to answer some questions that im not sure what to asnswer. thanks

form 156

14. shall i put NA or just leave it blank? (natl identification number)

17. my marriage had been annuled, so where does that place me? single? and if i choose single, what do i put in question 18 and 19 ( full name and date of birth of spouse)? will i just put NA or leave it blank??

22. when do i intend to arrive? can i write there as soon as i get the visa?

39. was applicatin prepared by another person? my answer was no...so do i put NA in question 40?

form 156k

lower portion of the form which says "do not write below....) do i just leave it all blank or do i put the name of my fiancee and sign it?

To answer the questions:

14.NONE

17. DIVORCED (ANNULED)

YOu need to fill up your ex spouse full name and DOB as stated eventhough you are now considered single.

22. You can put also the date of your assume departure.

39. You dont need to put anything on # 40 . Go directly to the #.41.

At the form DS156K i write my Fiance's name and signed it before my interview.
