Printing Email Records

Thinking that we had better start getting together evidence of our relationship, we have a lot of emails both to and from my yahoo.com email address and also my google gmail account. I would like to just print off the recipient subject and date and would be grateful if anyone has done this before and the best way of going about it. My thoughts being that should there be a requirement for the actual email contents then it would be easy to access the email account and view whatever email was required, or else there will be a lot of paper being printed.

Many thanks :)

Create a folder for both of your email accounts and put all the messages to your wife and from your wife in these folders. This gives a list of all the emails sent back and forth the dates and the subjects. Print that page. This will show a long string of emails between the two of you. You will probably have to print several pages. I plan on doing that and taking a few emails with me to the interview. Hope that helps!

Thank you for your replies. I'm sure there are plenty customers for your methods. Sometimes I wish we could have a website where we could store all this information and then USCIS could just access it as I'm sure we could have plenty of pictures, emails and mini videos that would be useful as evidence of our relationships. In fact here is a video we uploaded to Youtube where my wife caught me out with her new camera. I hope you like it  It shows even older people can have fun Ha!

Best wishes

Ok so far so good I have all our old emails in a folder on Yahoo. Now how do we extract these in order to print them off? Whenever I select all the emails and try to print them off, I get a message that states you can only print one at a time. Gmail was much more co-operative. In fact I have transferred to google Gmail as it is advert free and I didn't have any problems printing off old emails. Many thanks for help.

Arthur & Roberta,

Just print a few of the juicy ones, and print the screen showing all the emails back and forth to each other.Enclose those woth your petition.

Dont forget to print your chat log too.

Then later keep up with them and print a few at a time so its not so much printing later.

I just had my love print ours, cause I did not print any and bring them with me to Paris with all the other docs I brought with me here.

I wanted him to have a complete copy of petition now while Im there, instead of sending it to him later.

Good luck.
