no DS-156, DS-156K and DS-157 in packet 3

Hello VJ folks,

My Vietnamese fiancee received her packet 3 (aka instruction package) today from US Consulate in HCM :dance: . The packet 3 has

- DS-230 Part 1 (4 pages in bilingual - English & Vietnamese)

- DS 2001 (checklist)

- Some instructions pages (tell her where to go for photos etc.)

My questions are when she will have to fill out DS-156, DS-156K and DS-157 (during the interview?) since the instructions in the packet 3 doesn't mention about those forms at all. And where can she pick out those forms?
