I know right!...nothing. There was this talk on VJ about having cases transferred to CSC but I have nothing concrete. VSC is a whole 2 months behind California! Out of control....

I-129F Sent : 2008-10-02

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-10-16

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-02-26

I-129F NOA2 : 2009-03-03 (hardcopy)

Package@NVC: 2009-03-06

Package@NVC: 2009-04-06 in AP, whatever that means at NVC

Package left : 2009-04-09 to Lagos

Interview: 2009-06-25 in Lagos

So yet another holiday for the VSC to have........great :wacko: Is there any good info coming out of Vermont? Any at all? 121 days and waiting........:(

121 days, thats nothing i am now at 157 :crying:

2005- Introduced thru relatives

2006-2008- Talked on the phone and emails

2008 June 1- Went to Tashkent to meet her. Stayed in Tashkent from June 1 to July 27 2008.

2008 June 12- Engaged at the most beautiful park in Tashkent

2008 August 15 - Received NOA1 from Vermont Center

2008 August 16 - Went back to Tashkent to stay with my fiancee. I stayed with her from August 18th to November 23. The best 4 months of my life.

2008 November -25 Came back to States. I miss my sweetheart.

2009 February 4- Touched

2009 Februrary 5- NOA2 HORAAAAYYyy Thank you GOD

2009 February 12- NVC received NOA2 from VCS

2009 Ferruary 13- NVC sent the package to U.S. Embassy in Tashkent

2009 March 3- She received her Packet 3////// Her interview is on April 2

2009 March 4- I received visa to Tashkent

I have one suggestion why VSC is slow.. Vermont is situated in the North of America and right now they have bad weather, like snowfalls.. maybe because of it they have problems with system.. they were faster than CSC just because California was in fire that period.. I guess all depends on weather conditions.. Who knows??

I-129F sent JULY 21 '08

NOA1 dated AUGUST 7 '08

I-129F sent -> NOA2 approval=146 days (No RFEs).

Hang in there and keep checking the online case status from the USCIS website. It's just around the corner :)

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

that's funny. i had a dream last week that i checked the website and i was approved. looks like we all eat and sleep USCIS!

Ok, with all these dreams last week, lets hope this means something is going to happen soon.

I woke up in shock last week, I dreamt that I was approved in 33 days....I'd be so lucky!

Lets just stay positive...months of waiting for a lifetime of happiness...not easy, but it's worth the wait.

It has been 4 months and almost 2 weeks and still no news .

i don't think the bad weather is the reason why they are slow now . cause they r not working in the street . they have ways i guess to deal with the bad weather .

i hope we will hear god news soon . keep praying guys

Well i've been waiting for 153 days now, i got my NOA 1 August 20th, so today i'm completing 5 months of waiting.I guess alot people are waiting for almost 5 or 6 months, so my only hope is that they approve our cases soon, because i don't thing they want all the senators and congressmen in the country calling them 24 hours a day, will see what happen and all we need to do is pray for them to approve our cases in less them 6 months.Hopefully is going to rain NOA2 today.Good luck to all of us.
