my hubby filed I-130 in early Augest for my son at CSC, It has been so long since we got NOA-1, soon it will be 6 month, I can see that most Augest CSC files got their approval, dont know what is wrong with our case.......feel really bad.......how can we do? how can we do?

Have you tried calling the service center listed on your NOA1? I filed in early June and am still waiting at VSC.

Hold On....thats the best that you can do:-)........As of now the Service centers are on roll....shelling out approvals......Have faith you will also get NOA2 soon

I got my noa1 on April 1st. I am still waiting but they are working on my case now so we both hear something soon. good luck

Have you filled in a timeline for your son? I hear that CSC works a lot faster than the VSC...but it's all up in the air! I would definitely call if you can. I JUST got approved and I filed in April. Good luck!

Thank you, I think CSC is slow for me too, most people from August CSC been approval NOA2, but I am still in NOA1.
