K-3 petitions have approvals with June and July dates. I've even seen a few from August.

I'm sure they don't want to update the dates because then they would have a flood of phone calls from people who are out of the date range. If they keep it out dated they can keep telling people the old dates to keep them quiet.

It is frustrating for sure.

The USCIS being closed today is also frustrating. it will take them a few days to get back into the swing of things.

UGH

I hear you!! We are the beginning of June too and if you look at the graph of approvals on Igor's List there seem to be more people appoved in August than June!! Frustrating! Obviously order of recieving them has no relevance at VSC!

I just called the USCIS and still hearing the same reply that my case is in normal process time... why don't they understand that it is not a normal for people like us waiting and there is no a updated online site from them yet...

This is a BS... sorry for my language, but it is a very stressful for all of us to wait that long...

You didn't know? They are still processing Feb 26, 2008....LOOOOOOOOOL

Don't waste your time calling USCIS. You will only get more angry. Honestly, they don't have any other information different than what is on the internet.

I don't want to be a bad person... how are the people getting approval before us? The people who still waiting from June/July and August people already getting approval.

This is a really a big problem with USCIS/VSC management system... or may be these people have some internal access to these people and they are getting favor from them...

I don't know which one is true... but it is really really sad for all of us waiting and other people are getting approval who should be getting approval after us.

I don't think it is favortism. I think it just has to do with which employee has which file. I am assuming the files are filed by date received.

It is annoying to watch the later filers get approved. But I am happy for them . Our time will come. Hopefully VSC will make a few moevements today. They have been so slow this week.
