Hello everyone,

I am new on this board and don't know to much about the process.

I have copied the signature of another member in order to track my progress and there some steps that I don't understand what they mean. For example when they say I-130 or I-129F touched, what that mean??

Im new to this whole process as well. If I were to guess(and this is just a guess-I could be very wrong)

touched could refer to when an actually agent looks at the packet and all of its content. Please let me know

When you create your own account on the USCIS website you're going to add your case (s) to it... then you will see in the table a column titled "Last Updated" when the date changes that's a touch...

when your petition has been viewed, or touched by anyone at USCIS, it is a "TOUCH", this can be seen when you make an acct at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/caseStatusSearc...id=dYyvCMH1cxEc you will see a date change when they touch your petition or do anything with it.
