helo to everyone! I will be having my medical exam at st lukes on Jan 20,. i would just like to ask the requirements and what are the possible things to bring?Thanx a lot!

What should I bring to my medical examination?

• Appointment letter sent by the National Visa Center or an e-mail print out of your appointment sent by the Call Center or the appointment date shown on our website (http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.htm)

• Appropriate medical examination fee.

• Passport (valid for at least 6 months)

• Two colored pictures (2 inches x 2 inches) with a white background

And a black pen so you can fill out your form.

Bring some snacks and water so you won't get hungry waiting for your turn. Bring reading materials. The process is continuous. NO LUNCH BREAK.
