I know there are the DS-230 and DS-156, DS-156K and another form for males for the packet 3 forms that are sent from the embassy....

My question is....what is the total fees for filing these forms?

Coming to the U.S. Permanently - Immigrant Services

Description of Service and Fee Amount

Filing an immigrant visa petition (Collected for USCIS and subject to change)

Petition to classify status of alien relative for issuance of immigrant visa, select USCIS, Form I-130 for fees and form.

Petition to classify orphan as an immediate relative, select USCIS, Form I-600 for fees and form.

Petition to classify Convention Adoptee as an immediate relative, select USCIS, Form I-800 for fees and form.

Immigrant visa application processing fee (per person), Form DS-230 : $355.00

Diversity Visa Lottery surcharge for immigrant visa application (per person applying as a result of the lottery program): $375.00

Immigrant visa security surcharge, for all IV and DV applicants: $45.00

Affidavit of Support Review (only when AOS is reviewed domestically), Form I-864 : $70.00

You'll be paying $355 Plus $45= $400.00 total.

You dont Pay for Ds156 n 156k.

After u arrived in usa to do AOS, It will cost u i believe $1010.

There is no fee for filing these forms they are all included in the initial payment of $455

the only bills left for you for the visa are the medical £180 + and jabs you need........that is if you have not had the medical already

$130 for the visa istself thay you pay at the interview and around £15 for the courier and that is till till you get to the states and start AOS

those forms are $1010

start saving hahahahahahaha

The only 'fee' you pay at the interview is the 'interview fee'...which is the $131 for your visa. When you receive your packet 3, it should tell you how much money you'll need to bring with you. If you're still unsure, give the Consulate a call and ask what fees have to be paid at the interview. :)

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.
