Hi,

My approved I-129F (K-1 visa) was recently sent by National Visa Center to US embassy in Ankara Turkey. My question is since my fiancée is living in IRAN, does the consulate sends the packet 3 directly to her or to my address in US? I am afraid if they send her the package she might not receive it. I appreciate any help in this matter

they will send it to her, because there are some forms she need to fill out and send back to the consulate.

In our case the packet was mailed to me in the us. The best thing to do is have your fiance download the forms from the internet and fill them out or you download and print or order them, mail or scan and emai l to your fiance and have him start working on them.

For Turkey they will only accept the forms UPS from Turkey or he US so we had him fill them all out and mail them to me. After I proofed and copied them I UPS'd them to turkey.

Good luck and swift travel.
