Im sure there are some cases where children are involved? In my case I've decided to go with the K1 process and thanks to everyone that has helped me...Thank you!!!! I think is the best route. Now, my fiancee has two small kids, does anyone know if I should add the children in this process? or should I do this later? I will like to do everything the right way.

Part B. Question 13 specifically ask about children of your alien fiance, so to be safe you should add them. Why would you not want to add them now anyway?

Hope this helps,

Donnie

Shortly after the I-129F petition is approved for your fiancee, she and the children will be invited to apply for visas through the appropriate Consulate abroad. For now, you simply fill out the petition and supporting documents accurately and file them. You'll see where to indicate the names and information about her children.

Ok, thanks. I will add them regardless, the children live with the mother. But of course i will like the children to be legal as well, so they can visit when ever. i just dont want for all this to get more complicated than what it seems.

The K2 visa the children would be eligible for is not a visitor visa. It's is single entry and allows them to adjust status to permanent resident. If they have no intention of becoming permanent residents, they don't want or need K2 visas.
